04 Sep RPI Group Gets Creative
ISOTEC, Inc. (RPI Group Member) working with a confidential client in the Northeast United States recently completed an interesting project at an operating manufacturing facility with a historic PCE release. They were tasked with installing BOS 100® as part of a combined remedy program with a Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) system, without impeding manufacturing and warehousing operations. Literally, they got creative!
Maintaining a safety-first approach, the crew at ISOTEC constructed traffic and remediation equipment management systems to keep forklift and truck lanes open, while protecting all site workers and their equipment. Working inside the active facility presents other challenges too, such as space constraints and modified working hours!
